This week we’re breaking down “Here Comes Treble”. Andy invites his old college a cappella group to perform at the office for Halloween but it turns sour when his rival Broccoli Rob (Stephen Colbert) overtakes the event. We hear clips from writer Halsted Sullivan and actor Nick Cafero who played a member of the “Here Comes Treble” a cappella group about their experience with this episode. Angela shares some real college a cappella group names, Jenna reveals that the ladies may have another Mom Detectives’ case to take on and the ladies bond over how this was the last Halloween episode for “The Office”. Jenna shares how Greg Daniels returned as showrunner and she and John Krasinski became producers to help with the Jim and Pam storyline. Angela kicks off a new segment where we get to know “The Office” cast and crew through call sheets, and the ladies break down that Dwight-on-a-bike stunt. This week we’re taking a look back at “Christening.” It’s baby Cece’s christening and Michael has invited the entire office to attend the ceremony without telling Jim and Pam. This week we’re taking a look back at “Secret Santa” and Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong reads this week’s summary! To raise spirits, Jim and Dwight plan a fun holiday Christmas Party and Phyllis gets to realize her dream of playing Santa Claus! However, Michael hijacks the party when he shows up dressed as Santa and won’t back down. Meanwhile, Andy accidentally torments Erin with Secret Santa gifts from the song, “The 12 Days of Christmas.” (Who knew there would be so many birds?) Jenna does a deep dive on the origin of Secret Santa, Angela shares a blooper from a scene none of the cast could get through and Billie Joe also sends in a clip about Dwight and Andy singing “Boulevard of Broken Dreams.” So sit on Santa’s lap because Michael needs this and enjoy the episode! 

This week we’re breaking down “Free Family Portrait Studio” and it’s the last episode of Season 8! Dwight sets up a portrait studio at Dunder Mifflin for the employees to take pictures with their families. Angela Martin catches on quickly that this is a ploy to determine if Dwight is the father of her baby and unfortunately, Jim becomes a casualty in this mission. Angela talks about a “Save David Wallace” fan campaign, Jenna gives us everything we want to know about those special prop scissors used in the cold open and the ladies share the real-life inspiration behind that “bathroom moment” when Jim and Pam tour a local daycare. This week is “Fundraiser.” The office attends a fundraiser hosted by Angela’s husband, State Senator Robert Lipton. Andy crashes it and ends up stress adopting 12 dogs, and Dwight “wins” the auction. Jenna shares how the Dwight storyline was based on a true story, Angela gives reasons why “Life is Downton Abbey” and the ladies wonder how game show prizes get delivered. And the ladies talk with director and editor, Claire Scanlon! “Angry Andy” was Claire’s first time directing an episode of TV and she shares what the experience was like, plus what editing for “The Office” was like.
